Previously a partner for 15+ years at reputable mid-size M&A and corporate law firms. Has built deep specialist expertise in growth investments, with a strong focus on the med tech sector, regularly representing professional clients in complex investments, follow-on financing rounds, and subsequent exits. Also highly experienced in commercial contracts, especially those related to the procurement, outsourcing, supply, and use of IT-related products and services.
With his extensive experience in Swedish corporate law, Michael’s approach is pragmatic yet perceptive, carefully navigating deal mechanics while securing solid results.
Among his proudest achievements, Michael ranks his twelve (or was it eleven?) completed marathons around the world, cramping in each one. Nowadays, while Michael hasn’t quite made it as a pro yet, he considers himself one of the top late-bloomer golf prospects at his home club – and a serious contender for the senior pro tour.
